Health Care Partners of South Carolina is an organization of physicians and health care professionals dedicated to serving the health needs of individuals, families and communities in the coastal area of South Carolina. Health Care Partners of South Carolina is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in 1979.

The center has 59 employees. Ancillary personnel numbering 47 provide support services to the 12 medical staff providers and two consultant Ob-Gyn physicians. The full-time medical staff includes two Pediatricians, three Family Medicine Physicians, a Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine Physician, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, three Adult Nurse Practitioners, and two Women Health Nurse Practitioners.

The mission of Health Care Partners is to provide quality health care that is affordable and accessible to the diverse communities that we serve. These services will be provided in a dignified manner by culturally competent staff.
